RecruitEval is a B2B candidate-evaluation service for companies ("the Customer"). These terms govern access to and use of the service.
The Customer is responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for its users' actions. One account = one organisation.
The service runs on credits debited at the organisation level. Candidates never pay. Pricing and terms are those agreed at sign-up.
For applications, the Customer is the data controller and RecruitEval the processor (see Privacy Policy). The Customer must inform candidates, obtain consent, define a job-related scoring rubric, and ensure a human makes the decision (no solely-automated decision). Any discriminatory use is prohibited.
No unlawful use, no circumventing security, no evaluating individuals without a lawful basis.
The service provides decision support; the hiring decision and its consequences rest with the Customer. Service provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
Either party may stop using the service; confidentiality and data-protection obligations survive.
